Members of the Service User Forum attended Hope University and gave a lecture/presentation on the importance of involvement and service users’ voices being heard. The service users spoke about the ways in which Imagine involves its users and their experiences with secondary services.
This has triggered a great response, and Imagine are now dealing with an influx of requests from students to undertake work experience in our services. It was clear that for all the students in attendance, the concept of listening to service users was embraced.
The next lecture will be on the 6th of December.
